Pay Rate: $82/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 40 hours/week
Position Overview
Protouch Staffing is seeking an experienced Applications Analyst - HCM Analytics to support enterprise HR and ERP initiatives within the ISD Business Solutions (HR, ERP, HIM) and Business & Revenue Cycle Solutions divisions at Memorial Hermann Health System.
This hybrid role is ideal for a data-driven Oracle Fusion professional with strong expertise in HCM analytics, reporting, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, analyze, and maintain HCM analytics, KPIs, and dashboard metrics to support HR and executive leadership decision-making.
• Design and support reports using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
• Leverage Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) to enhance workforce reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and ERP stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR systems.
• Support testing, system enhancements, and optimization of reporting functionality.
• Provide documentation, end-user guidance, and knowledge transfer as needed.
Required Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of HCM Analytics, KPIs, and dashboard metrics
• Hands-on experience with Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI
• Experience working with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits)
• Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• In-depth knowledge of HR and Payroll processes
• Experience in a large healthcare or enterprise environment
Qualifications
• 2+ years of current relevant Oracle Fusion HCM experience (senior-level experience welcomed)
• ERP-related application support experience required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
