Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Applications Analyst III / Data Analyst to support and enhance the hospital's enterprise financial and operational systems, with a critical focus on Infor Lawson (N3/N4 modules), GHR , and the organization's migration to Oracle Fusion ERP . This individual will play a vital role in data conversions , Infor Process Automation (IPA) , and SQL development , supporting business operations, ensuring system reliability, and leading the technical transition from legacy systems to modern ERP infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Infor-to-Oracle migrations , understands complex system integrations, and thrives in a healthcare technology environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide expert-level application support for Infor Lawson (N3/N4 modules) , GHR , and related financial systems. • Lead and execute data conversion efforts from Infor N3/N4 to Oracle Fusion ERP , ensuring integrity, completeness, and compliance. • Design and maintain Infor Process Automation (IPA) workflows to support critical business processes and system functionality. • Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document requirements, translating them into scalable and effective technical solutions. • Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot SQL queries , data extracts, and integrations between Infor, Oracle, and external systems. • Ensure HIPAA-compliant data management in all outbound feeds and third-party integrations. • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot incidents, and perform proactive system checks to ensure maximum uptime. • Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and configuration logs. • Support enterprise application upgrades, patching, and roadmapping efforts. • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage SLAs and project deliverables. • Provide cross-training and backup support for other business applications analysts. Qualifications Required • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience (Master's preferred). • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Infor Lawson and GHR , including significant exposure to N3 and N4 modules . • Proven experience with Infor to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) ERP migrations , including ownership of data conversion tasks. • Expert-level proficiency in SQL with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries. • 3+ years of Infor Process Automation (IPA) experience, including design and implementation of workflows. • Strong knowledge of Infor GHR databases, application architecture, and related applications. • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP , especially data architecture and conversion mapping , is highly desired. Preferred • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL development. • Familiarity with MHC Document Express and related output management systems.
