Applications Architect

We are looking for an experienced Applications Architect to join our team in De Pere, Wisconsin. This is a long-term contract opportunity ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in Android development and application architecture. The role offers a dynamic environment where you’ll contribute to designing innovative solutions for the hospitality industry. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of Android applications using Kotlin, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions. Oversee the full lifecycle of app development, from concept through deployment and maintenance. Develop and implement application architecture strategies to optimize performance and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality. Utilize AWS technologies to support cloud-based infrastructure and services. Review and refine existing applications, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers at the entry level. Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, delivering timely resolutions. Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and reliability. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to enhance development processes. Minimum of 5 years of experience in application architecture and Android development. Proficiency in Kotlin and Android platform technologies. Strong knowledge of ASP.NET and .NET frameworks. Experience with API development and integration. Familiarity with AWS technologies and cloud-based solutions. Proven track record of managing full app lifecycle and owning app projects. Ability to work onsite five days a week in De Pere, Wisconsin. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
