Role: Architect cum Technical Product Owner

JD:
Architect cum the TPO will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of product development, ensuring that the product aligns with business objectives and meets stringent technical requirements. This role demands a unique blend of technical knowledge and product vision to bridge the gap between product development and product design.
Responsibilities:
β’ Develop data ingestion and data integration flows using Java, Scala, Python, and other open-source frameworks on big data technologies
β’ Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and product development lifecycle
β’ Define clear requirements in the user story format that guide the Agile software development team
β’ Build and groom the product backlog .
β’ Interpret technical and business objectives and challenges, and articulate solutions
β’ Design, build, and maintain high-volume data processing systems that serve analytics applications, visualizations, and real-time online applications .
β’ Analyze data, optimize performance, and tune systems .
β’ Work with visualization/dashboard developers to provide data content .
β’ Coordinate product planning and support on larger, highly complex projects .
Must-Have Skills:
β’ Strong understanding of both software development and business processes .
β’ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology .
β’ Proficiency with a variety of agile project management tools .
β’ Strong ability to manage roadblocks and conflicts leading to resolution to keep the project on track .
β’ Experience in cloud technologies and thought leadership .
β’ Knowledge of databases, Java, Agile development practices, methodologies, and tools .
β’ Experience in developing data ingestion and data integration flows using Java, Scala, Python, and other open-source frameworks on big data technologies .
Good-to-Have Skills:
β’ User experience and technical design .
β’ Knowledge of database structures, JSON, XML .
β’ Strong data analysis skills to interpret test results and drive improvements.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Education:
β’ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
β’ Demonstrated work experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
