About the Role We’re looking for AI and ML professionals to join our platform as coaches and guide others in one of the world’s fastest-evolving fields. Whether your background is in machine learning engineering, data science, AI research, or applied product development, you’ll help clients learn the skills, navigate recruiting processes, and advance their careers in the AI ecosystem. What You’ll Do Coach clients pursuing AI roles or advancing within the field — from ML engineering to research science to AI product management. Provide feedback on technical projects, interview preparation (e.g., system design, modeling, algorithms), and portfolio building. Share insights on industry trends, tools, and the real-world applications of AI across sectors. Mentor early-career professionals and students interested in breaking into AI. Ideal Background 10+ individuals mentored, trained, or coached professionally or academically. Experience at a leading AI organization (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google DeepMind, Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, Nvidia, or top startups). Strong technical background in AI, ML, data science, or related domains. Passion for education and helping others master complex technical concepts. Why Join Leland?
