We’re looking for an AI Engineer to lead the development of intelligent automation solutions that streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and support product management across a large engineering portfolio. This role will design and implement a suite of AI-powered agentic services—including reporting automation, codename mapping, team concierge agents, telemetry insights, and onboarding support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across domains, building reusable agentic patterns, and collaborating with PMs, engineers, and data stakeholders to deliver scalable, intelligent systems. Preferred Experience: • Microsoft AI & automation stack: Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Azure OpenAI, Power BI, Copilot Agent • Agent-based architectures (e.g., MCP, Semantic Kernel, Copilot Studio) • Prompt engineering and LLM orchestration • Scripting and agent development Copilot Studio Experience Azure OpenAI Service Experience Visual Studio Experience Power BI Experience Power Automate plus
