Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Client: Raytheon Technologies Position: Full Stack AI Developer Location: Remote Must be a US Citizen Length: Long-term contract position Hourly rate: Open (w2 non-benefited or c2c) Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack AI Developer to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to automate GRC workflows and services. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development, as well as expertise in AI and machine learning technologies. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with the RTX AI team to Design, develop, and deploy AI-based applications to automate GRC workflows. • Build and maintain scalable front-end interfaces and back-end services. • Implement machine learning models for predictive analytics, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring. • Automate data collection, processing, and reporting tasks to enhance GRC efficiency. • Develop custom dashboards and visualization tools for real-time monitoring of GRC metrics. • Ensure seamless integration of GRC tools with other enterprise systems. • Collaborate with the GRC team to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions that address their needs. • Optimize existing workflows and processes to improve compliance and risk management. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on AI and machine learning. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Java. • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js). • Experience with back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, Flask, or Ruby on Rails). • Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-Learn). • Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes). • Familiarity with platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in GRC-related projects or industries. • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques. • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools. • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and frameworks.
