About the Role:
We are expanding our AI capabilities and building a strong internal foundation to support a wide range of AI-driven initiatives. We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer who can design and implement next-generation AI solutions within an AWS environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies like AWS Bedrock, Agentic AI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP), while contributing to the development of our in-house frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using AWS services (Lambda, Bedrock, etc.).
• Build and manage custom MCP servers to centralize data workflows (e.g., pulling and transforming Snowflake data).
• Develop and maintain Agentic and multi-agent frameworks for orchestration and workflow automation.
• Utilize libraries such as FastMCP to create MCP clients and desktop environments.
• Work with frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, Bedrock, and Amazon Strands to build scalable AI agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver AI solutions.
• Stay current with rapidly evolving AI technologies and frameworks.
Required Qualifications:
• 4–5 years of hands-on AWS experience, with strong knowledge of Lambda and related services.
• Proven expertise with AWS Bedrock and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python programming and relevant libraries.
• Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) — preferably since its introduction in late 2024.
• Ability to build custom MCP servers, clients, and desktop environments.
• Experience creating Agentic frameworks and multi-agent orchestration (2+ agents, 3–4 step workflows).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with alternative frameworks such as GlueAI or Microsoft Autogen.
• Familiarity with financial services or banking environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Team & Process:
• You’ll be part of a 10-member team (not all are AI developers).
• Candidates must complete a technical evaluation prior to panel interviews.
• Progression to the interview stage will be based on test performance.
