Full Job Description – Sr. AI Engineer & Developer (W2 / 1099 Consultant Only) Scope Summary You will develop a Generative AI application with features like search, summarization, chat, and content generation, including: Building Gen AI web applications Exploring cloud deployment options: AWS, Azure, GCP Selecting models, libraries, and architecture fit for business use Developing Gen AI tools for the insurance domain Creating end-to-end data pipelines (collection, processing, validation) Deploying and fine-tuning Gen AI models with regular updates Key Deliverables Requirement gathering & ideation Initial AI research & model recommendation Model selection & vectorization strategies Leading technical discussions & decision-making POC development & transition to production Ensuring compliance with security & business standards Prompt engineering & algorithm embedding Performance tuning & model enhancement Integration with existing auth systems Keeping up with the latest models/libraries & proactive suggestions Technology Stack Python PyTorch Hugging Face Transformers MongoDB IDEs: PyCharm, IDLE, VS Code GitHub Job Types: Contract, Temporary Pay: $47.31 - $56.97 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week Work Location: In person
