Agentic AI Solutions Engineer A progressive Tech company that helps revolutionize enterprise operations through cutting-edge AI solutions is seeking an Agentic AI Solutions Engineer! In this role, you will lead the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions, including expanding upon existing applications and building new applications You will be responsible for the design, building, and deployment of Agentic AI solutions leveraging RAGeR (Retrieval-Augmented Generation with Reasoning) and MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools. We seek experience with Snowflake, AWS, Crew AI, and Cursor to create scalable, autonomous AI systems that integrate seamlessly with enterprise data ecosystems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, innovative thinking, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI-driven automation. This is a 12-month initial contract (potential to convert to perm). This is a 100% remote opportunity. You must live in the US and work EST hours. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Architect and implement Agentic AI solutions using RAGeR and MCP tools to enable autonomous decision-making, task execution, and workflow automation. • Leverage Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud to centralize and process structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, ensuring seamless data access for AI agents. • Utilize AWS services to deploy and scale Agentic AI solutions in cloud-native environments. • Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using Crew AI to enable collaborative, goal-oriented AI systems that dynamically adapt to complex tasks. • Use Cursor or similar AI-assisted coding tools to write, debug, and optimize Python, Scala, or other relevant code for Agentic AI applications. • Develop systems that autonomously analyze data, select tools, and execute multi-step workflows with minimal human intervention. • Implement observability and governance mechanisms to ensure transparency, compliance, and reliability of AI solutions, including decision traceability and bias detection. • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with organizational goals and use cases. • Stay current with emerging trends in Agentic AI, exploring new frameworks, protocols, and tools to enhance solution capabilities REQUIREMENTS: • 3 years in AI/ML development, with a focus on building autonomous or Agentic AI systems • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) framework expertise, with familiarity in RAGeR or similar reasoning-enhanced models • MCP (Model Context Protocol) or other agent-to-agent communication protocol experience • Strong proficiency in Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud, including Cortex Agents, Snowpark, & data processing for AI workloads • Experience with AWS services (e.g., SageMaker, Lambda, Bedrock) for deploying AI solutions • Knowledge of Crew AI or similar multi-agent frameworks for orchestrating collaborative AI systems • Proficiency in AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor for rapid development & debugging • Python, Scala, or Java coding skills • Experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain • Deep understanding of AWS cloud • Familiarity with integrating & customizing AI/ML frameworks within Snowflake or AWS ecosystems NO 3rd Parties or Visa Sponsorship
