Role description
At Flowmentum, weβre helping fast-moving teams build the infrastructure and intelligence behind AI, fintech, and cloud innovation. Now, weβre looking for engineers who want to bring their SRE/DevOps problem-solving DNA into the world of agentic AI, LLMs, and telemetry analytics.
This is not just an ML research role β itβs about building real systems that keep bad builds from shipping. Think telemetry-driven anomaly detection, automated bug alerting in dogfooding, and scalable pipelines that surface issues before they hit production.
What youβll work on
β’ Fine-tuning and deploying LLMs on AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, ECS).
β’ Building RAG pipelines and scalable ingestion flows (Postgres, NiFi, Elasticsearch).
β’ Designing anomaly detection and telemetry-based alerting systems (deterministic, mechanistic, probabilistic).
β’ Applying graph analytics for security + reliability insights.
β’ Partnering with product teams to turn raw data into actionable reliability signals.
What you bring
β’ 5β7+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering, with hands-on ML/AI experience.
β’ Deep skills in Linux, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, plus strong scripting (Python/Go).
β’ Curiosity + persistence to dig into complex telemetry problems until solved.
β’ Experience with anomaly detection, monitoring, or reliability pipelines.
Why join us
π Remote-first, results-driven team.
π‘ Mission-driven work at the intersection of SRE + AI.
π Real impact: building systems that catch bugs earlier, ship safer builds, and scale globally.
π If youβre a senior SRE or platform engineer whoβs ready to step into AI/ML and shape the future of agentic reliability systems, weβd love to talk.
