Qualifications
Core Experience: 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a proven track record of contributing to complex, scalable systems.
AI Development Experience: Strong experience building with Large Language Models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) using Python, and a track record of designing and deploying AI agents or agentic workflows, with familiarity in modern frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
Technical Proficiency: Solid software engineering practices for building microservices, APIs, and working with cloud-native infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP). Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
Educational Foundation: BS/MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
