• Design and develop GenAI/Agentic AI solutions to automate and augment business processes such as form processing, summarization, claim data extraction, task routing, and member/provider communication workflows.
• Develop and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems for use cases such as appointment scheduling, prior authorization triage, benefit lookup, etc.
• Ensure seamless integration with core enterprise systems like CRMs, workflow engines, and payer platforms (e.g., Facets – knowledge of data structures a plus).
• Support cloud deployment (Azure/AWS/GCP), pipeline automation, and basic MLOps setup.
Core AI/GenAI/ML:
• 4–6 years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML/NLP/GenAI projects.
• Hands-on expertise with OpenAI, Azure , RAG pipelines, etc.
• Strong Python development skills; familiarity with libraries.
• Experience with vector DBs ,prompt optimization, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Familiarity with healthcare business scenarios such as claims, member/provider data, UM workflows.
• Any prior experience integrating with systems like Facets, QNXT, EHRs, or payer-side APIs is a strong plus.
• Understanding of compliance contexts like HIPAA and handling of PHI data is a bonus.
