JOB DESCRIPTION:
β’ Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
β’ Experience with low code platforms and experience with SQL and data visualization tools highly preferred.
β’ Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and modern cloud-native applications. Hands-on experience with tools like Git, Jenkins, or containerization.
β’ Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or SAFe certifications.
β’ Strong knowledge of automation tools, monitoring, and logging platforms.
β’ Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., ADO, Jira, Asana).
β’ Analytical Thinking: Strong root cause analysis skills. Ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
β’ Strong understanding of business processes and ERP/CRM systems.
β’ Communication Skills: Proficient in conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
β’ Project Management: Skilled in planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about successful project completion.
β’ Adaptability: Open to learning and adapting to new systems, technologies, and business
β’ Ability to work independently but in a collaborative manner.
β’ Work with cross-function teams.
β’ Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or related field.
