Payrate: $19.50 - $20.20/hr. Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Verifier to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across our systems. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and reconciling data entries to identify errors, discrepancies, or missing information. You will work closely with various departments to resolve issues, maintain data quality standards, and support compliance with internal and external requirements. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in spreadsheets and data management tools are essential. This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset who thrives in maintaining high-quality data that supports business decision-making. Responsibilities: • Review, compare, and validate data entries across multiple systems and sources. • Identify discrepancies, errors, or anomalies in datasets. • Ensure compliance with established data standards, policies, and quality frameworks. • Perform regular audits of data input processes to maintain high accuracy levels. • Work closely with data entry and data management teams to resolve inconsistencies. • Escalate systemic issues and recommend process improvements. • Maintain logs of verification activities and error correction outcomes. • Provide feedback and training recommendations to improve data handling practices. • Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment on data governance. • Support internal stakeholders by providing verified datasets for business use. Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Spotfire and other data handling tools(ex. Spotfire) Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $19.50 - $20.20/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
