Ataccama ONE Enablement & Data Governance Specialist

Company: Keansa Location: Iselin, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite preferred; travel flexibility required based on customer needs) Industry: Insurance Keansa is seeking a highly motivated Ataccama ONE Enablement & Data Governance Specialist with strong communication skills, hands-on technical expertise, and prior experience in the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will support enterprise data quality, reference data, and governance initiatives while collaborating with global and regional stakeholders. Required Skillset • Hands-on experience with Ataccama ONE (Data Quality, Reference Data, Metadata modules) • Strong knowledge of SQL and Power BI • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementation • Experience working in the Insurance industry Key Responsibilities (Must-Have) 1. Reference Data Enablement • Ingest, standardize, and govern regional and global reference datasets • Implement business-defined mappings such as: • Industry classifications • Management hierarchies • Other metadata needed for consistent reporting 1. Data Quality Enablement • Configure and maintain data quality rules within Ataccama, including: • Profiling • Issue tracking • Data enrichment & cleansing • Freshness checks • Anomaly detection • Scanner coverage monitoring • Support end-to-end data quality workflows across business units 1. Dashboarding & Reporting • Build and enhance Power BI dashboards for: • Data quality metrics • Operational KPIs • Support the migration of Power BI reports into Ataccama-native monitoring dashboards 1. Collaboration & Governance • Partner with regional Heads of Data Governance, GDO teams, and business stakeholders • Ensure implementations align with global governance frameworks • Support data governance adoption, controls, and consistent rule application across business units Expanded Responsibilities (Nice-to-Have) 1. Lineage & Impact Analysis • Enable visualization of data quality lineage across systems and domains • Perform impact analysis to assess downstream dependencies 1. Change Management & Enablement • Assist in developing training curriculum and documentation for: • Data stewards • Business users • Governance stakeholders • Promote data literacy and best practices across regions
