Role description
β€’ Must have 3+ years of direct experience administering Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360) and/or Autodesk Forma β€’ Candidate must be a US Citizen β€’ β€’ Candidate must be willing to work on W2 β€’ Location: Remote (Preference for EST time zone; ideal candidates in Atlanta, GA or Wilmington, NC) Duration: May 11, 2026 – November 6, 2026 Type: Contract Work Hours: 40 hours/week (8 AM – 4 PM EST) Pay Rate: $60-$62/hour About the Role We are seeking an experienced Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / Forma Administrator to serve as the primary technical lead for cloud-based construction and design platforms. This role will focus on configuring, maintaining, and optimizing digital environments to support complex engineering and construction initiatives. This is a fully remote role, with preference for candidates aligned to the Eastern Time Zone. Key Responsibilities Platform Administration & Configuration β€’ Serve as the lead administrator for Autodesk Construction Cloud (Docs, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination, Build) and Autodesk Forma β€’ Establish and maintain project folder structures, naming conventions, and metadata standards β€’ Manage user roles, permissions, and access for internal teams and external stakeholders β€’ Configure and optimize Autodesk Forma for conceptual design and site analysis Workflow & Process Improvement β€’ Develop and implement automated workflows for RFIs, submittals, and issue tracking β€’ Transition legacy document control processes into modern cloud-based systems β€’ Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot technical issues Collaboration & Training β€’ Provide training and ongoing support to engineering and project teams β€’ Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and data integrity β€’ Collaborate with digital engineering and IT teams for system integrations Reporting & Compliance β€’ Use dashboards and analytics tools to track project progress and document status β€’ Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards for cloud-based systems Required Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, IT, or related field β€’ 3+ years of experience administering Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360) and/or Autodesk Forma β€’ Strong understanding of BIM workflows and cloud-based document management β€’ Proven experience in process improvement or digital transformation initiatives β€’ Excellent communication and analytical skills β€’ Must be a U.S. Citizen Preferred Qualifications β€’ Autodesk certifications (ACC Professional or similar) β€’ Experience in the nuclear or energy sector β€’ Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools Additional Details β€’ Remote role with EST working hours β€’ Equipment will be provided β€’ Interview process: 1 virtual round (camera on, may include technical discussion) β€’ Nuclear construction background is a plus
