We are seeking an Automation Business Analyst to join our client, a boutique financial services firm, to design and scale AI-powered agents and workflows that enhance deal execution. You’ll own projects end-to-end—from design and build to production and monitoring—ensuring compliance, data quality, and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
• Deliver AI automation use cases across discovery, build, testing, deployment, and iteration.
• Translate business needs into workflows, prompts, and data contracts; partner with product, engineering, data, and risk teams.
• Maintain clean data inputs, monitoring, and runbooks; set standards for prompt engineering and adoption.
• Track usage, accuracy, and ROI via dashboards; prioritize next actions.
Qualifications
• 5+ years in financial services with automation delivery.
• Hands-on LLM experience (prompting, RAG, evaluation).
• Skilled in Microsoft 365/Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure OpenAI; familiarity with Power BI and Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Strong communicator with proven ability to drive cross-functional change.
