Automation & Power BI Specialist - NJ

Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking an Automation & Analytics Specialist to join their team. As an Automation & Analytics Specialist, you will be part of the IT department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Automation & Analytics Specialist Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ What's the Job? • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. • Automate business processes and workflows using Power Automate and integrate with other Microsoft services. • Write and maintain Shell scripts for system automation, data processing, and deployment tasks. • Develop and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. What's Needed? • Proven experience with Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. • Strong knowledge of Power Automate and its integration capabilities. • Proficiency in Shell scripting (Bash, PowerShell, etc.). • Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.). • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
