Role: Automation Test with Github and Copilott Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite) Type: 12+ months contract Client: Banking Rate: $50 to $55/hr Must Have Skills - GITHUB Copilot tool Job Description 1, Automation Framework Design & help on overall AI strategy Build and maintain automation-first architectures that support AI-driven operations, including observability, alert orchestration, and intelligent incident handling Implement tools like Playwright, Chaos Engineering, and telemetry dashboards for real-time monitoring and validation Operationalize Agentic AI for use cases like test case authoring, vulnerability remediation, and regression optimization 1. Collaboration & Leadership Work with cross-functional teams including QE, DevOps, Data Engineering, and Business Units to align automation goals with enterprise strategy Lead workshops, demos, and POCs to validate high-impact AI use case 1. Metrics & Governance Define and track KPIs such as test design effort reduction, automation coverage, execution throughput, and cost savings. Institutionalize innovation through reusable agents and feedback-driven scaling. Required Skills & Expertise Good understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in QE. Experience with automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium). Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure). Strong exp in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC). Ability to lead workshops, define transformation roadmaps, and engage with senior stakeholders.
