We have below Following Contract Positions Available If you have profiles please share me at hemanth@flexontechnologies.com Job Title: AV Designer Job Location: Austin, TX & Elk Grove, CA - Day1 Onsite Job Duration: Long Term Contract Role Description: Design, develop, and maintain Ansible automation workflows for AV/VC infrastructure.· Create, manage, and enhance Splunk dashboards to monitor device health and service performance.· Assist in RoomOS upgrade cycles, including after-hours validation and post-deployment support.· Perform end-to-end testing of new RoomOS releases and features, report bugs to Cisco, and ensure fixes are implemented.· Collaborate with Cisco TAC to troubleshoot issues, open bugs, and drive enhancement requests.· Test and provide feedback on new AV products and features during pilot/beta phases.· Work directly with field support teams to provide rapid, on-the-fly technical assistance.· Perform network troubleshooting and root cause analysis for AV-related outages; escalate to Cisco when needed via TAC cases.· Webex App, Webex Meetings, Webex Webinar troubleshooting and support.· Contribute to GitHub repositories by validating automation workflows in dev environments, providing structured feedback, and participating in version control and code reviews. Essential Skills: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (BE preferred).· Experience in a Cisco\Webex Meetings Environment.· Strong hands-on experience with Ansible and Python scripting is a plus.· Proficient in Splunk for log analysis and dashboard development.· Familiarity with GitHub, version control best practices, and AWX or equivalent automation platforms.· Webex Control Hub knowledge\experience is a plus.· Solid understanding of enterprise AV infrastructure, especially Cisco Webex and telepresence devices.· Proven troubleshooting skills across network, OS, and AV system layers.· Comfortable with after-hours work and high-priority support scenarios.· Team player with a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and passion for AV technology and operational excellence. Desirable Skills: · Maintain expert-level familiarity with Cisco telepresence hardware (e.g., Webex Boards, Codecs, Cameras and Peripherals) and their full feature sets.· Be onsite at least 3 days a week and available as needed to support live demos, assist with on-site issue debugging, and test OS releases before GA.
