Power BI Data Analyst

Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a Power BI Data Analyst. Summary: As a Senior Data Analyst in the Engineering Metrics Squad, you will be the team's Authority on the visualization and automation of data from various sources across the enterprise. This is a hands-on technical data analyst role that requires deep technical skills and knowledge of various data types and visualization tools. You will work with the cloud database architects and key partners to establish the views needed to visualize enterprise engineering metrics. You will collaborate with architects, developers, security, operations, and Business Unit cloud CoE's and database engineering teams to ensure that the data visualized and appropriate usage of cloud databases following the required operational and security policies Requirements • Strong hands-on experience and expertise as a data analyst • Demonstrated expertise developing with Microsoft PowerBI and Snowflake • Experience in relational Databases like MySQL and Postgres • Proficiency Power Apps and Power Automate • Experience with various Python libraries to analyze data • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle • Experience working in Agile software development environments • Proven track record as a positive teammate with an ability to effectively communicate and share your business and technical knowledge with peers, partners, and management • Strong commitment to high quality and standards for your code and your team's code • Strong analytical skills enabling you to research independently, challenge, verify data, and ultimately provide solid recommendations and requirements for technical solutions The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
