We're looking for a Technical Lead to design and implement scalable backend systems, manage data ingestion pipelines, and mentor a team of engineers. This is a high-impact role with long-term potential. πŸ”§ What You’ll Do β€’ Lead backend development using Python and AWS β€’ Build and manage FTP-based data pipelines β€’ Architect secure, high-performance cloud applications β€’ Guide and mentor developers on best practices β€’ Implement infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation β€’ Monitor and optimize system performance βœ… What We’re Looking For β€’ 6+ years in software development, 3+ in a leadership role β€’ Expert in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) β€’ Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.) β€’ Experience with FTP workflows, Docker, and ECS/EKS β€’ Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and alerting systems ⭐ Bonus Points β€’ Experience with event-driven/serverless architectures β€’ AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect) β€’ Background in regulated or sensitive data environments
