• Lead backend development using Python and AWS
• Build and manage FTP-based data pipelines
• Architect secure, high-performance cloud applications
• Guide and mentor developers on best practices
• Implement infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation
• Monitor and optimize system performance
✅ What We’re Looking For
• 6+ years in software development, 3+ in a leadership role
• Expert in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)
• Experience with FTP workflows, Docker, and ECS/EKS
• Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and alerting systems

• Experience with event-driven/serverless architectures
• AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect)
• Background in regulated or sensitive data environments
