Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for an AWS Cloud Contact Center Developer based in Jacksonville, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The AWS Cloud Contact Center Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AWS-based cloud contact center solutions, including integrating contact center technologies, implementing automation, and ensuring system scalability. The role encompasses collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and monitoring cloud infrastructure to enhance performance and security. Qualifications • Experience in AWS services: Lambda, EC2, S3, and CloudFormation • Proficiency in Contact Center Technologies and Solutions: Amazon Connect, IVR, and CTI Integration • Skills in Automation and Scripting: Python, JavaScript, and Shell scripting • Knowledge of Monitoring and Security: AWS CloudWatch, IAM, and data encryption • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Experience in delivering high-quality, scalable cloud solutions • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
