Work Location: New York City, NYC (5 days Onsite) W2 or Self-Incorporated only (NO THIRD PARTY RESUMES) AWS Glue is mandatory Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Analytics Specialist with hands-on experience in AWS technologies, BI tools, and data lake architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end data ingestion, transformation, and analytics processes to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS services such as AWS Glue, S3, Lambda, and Athena • Build and manage data lakes to store structured and unstructured data from various sources • Develop and implement data ingestion frameworks to collect and process large volumes of data efficiently • Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver insights and dashboards using BI tools • Perform data analysis and transformation to support reporting, analytics, and machine learning initiatives • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the lifecycle Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong hands-on experience with AWS technologies (Glue, S3, Lambda, Athena, etc.) • Proficiency in using BI tools for data visualization and reporting • Experience building and managing data lakes and cloud-based data warehouses • Solid understanding of data ingestion, ETL/ELT processes, and data architecture • Proven track record in data analytics and business intelligence solutions • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in an onsite environment Iris’s Software Inc.
