AWS Data Solution Lead-W2

Role: Data Solution Lead - W2 Location: Erie, PA (Onsite – 5 days/week)Primary Skills: AWS, Data Lake, Athena, Iceberg, Glue, Terraform, Snowflake Role Overview Lead the design and implementation of modern, cloud-native data platforms leveraging AWS. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable data, analytics, and BI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead design and delivery of modern data platforms (Data Lake, DW, Analytics) on AWS Define data architecture, roadmaps, and best practices Drive data & analytics strategy focused on performance, scalability, and cost Collaborate with business, IT, and architecture teams Lead cloud data solution design, prototyping, and implementation Guide customers on AWS adoption and data maturity Support analytics, BI, and predictive use cases (P&C Insurance preferred) Required Experience 14+ years overall experience; 4+ years in cloud-native data solutions Strong AWS data ecosystem expertise (Glue, Athena, Iceberg, Snowflake) Experience with modern data architectures and data engineering Hands-on with ETL/ELT, Kafka, and cloud data platforms Strong understanding of data warehousing and analytics Experience working across data engineering, BI, and analytics teams Nice to Have AWS SageMaker experience Data Mesh / Data Products exposure If interested drop resume to uday@rsatechgroup.com / duppatiuday096@gmail.com Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
