Role description
Role: SRE/AWS Rate: $90 C2C Duration: 6 to 8 weeks Interview process: Video Interview Work Status: Green Card or US Citizen Client Location: Santa Monica, CA Must have expertise in AWS and infrastructure Security. Must-Have Technical Skills & Experience • AWS Infrastructure Expertise: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with native AWS services, including CloudWatch, Lambda functions, and scalable architecture. • Automation Skills: Ability to configure automated scaling of resources to address capacity adjustments without manual intervention. • Terraform Proficiency: Experience working with Terraform for IaaS, especially in environments with Lambda functions and authorizers. • High Availability & Monitoring: Proven track record of maintaining resource availability and setting up robust 24/7 monitoring protocols. • Security Protocols: Practical experience with AWS security best practices and standards. • Quick Troubleshooting: Adept in identifying and resolving issues on short notice, keeping resources fully operational. Nice-to-Have Skills • Site Reliability Engineering (SRE): Background in SRE practices to ensure performance and continuous availability. • DevOps Collaboration: Familiarity with DevOps workflows, processes, and team coordination. • API Gateways: Hands-on experience with API development and management in AWS.
