Hiring: AWS Infra Developer Lead | Dallas, TX (Onsite) (W2 Candidates Only) Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite – no remote option) Duration: 6+ Months (possibility of extension) Note: USC and GC Candidates only (W2 Candidates Only) Job Summary We’re looking for a highly skilled AWS Infrastructure Developer Lead to drive the design, automation, and observability of cloud-native platforms for a leading telecom client. This hands-on leadership role involves building scalable infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and optimizing cloud operations with best-in-class AWS tools and practices. Must-Have Skills • Strong experience with AWS Infrastructure Development & Operations • Expertise configuring API Gateway for secure routing, throttling, and authentication/authorization • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation • Deep knowledge of ECS/Fargate, IAM, networking, and S3 • Hands-on experience with Lambda, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, CloudWatch, and Bedrock Observability & Operations • Implement centralized logging and metrics monitoring (CloudWatch, Dynatrace, or OpenSearch) • Develop and manage SLI/SLO-based alerting for proactive incident response • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues using logs, traces, and performance metrics • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve system reliability and scalability 📩 Interested?
