Position Title: Lead Axiom Developer Location: Pittsburgh, PA Ability to work remote: Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 remote to start. In May and/or converting will be required 5 days onsite Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Cincinnati, OH, Miamisburg, OH, Downers Grove, IL , Overland Park, KS, Philadelphia, PA, Columbus, OH, Little Rock, AR, Jacksonville, FL, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina Acceptable time zone(s): EST Days of the week: M-F 40 hours Working Hours: M-F 8-5 EST Intended length of Assignment: 1+ year Potential for Contract Extension: Yes Contract to Hire, W2 Industry background: Financial/Banking background .background in Banking-Regulatory Submissions (specifically FR-2052A), Liquidity Risk Management (LCR, NSFR) applications a huge plus. Team Dynamic: Agile/Scrum Team that works in 2-week sprints, crew is approximately 25-30 people comprised of smaller teams. Roles/Responsibilities: • Proficiency in Business Intelligence Tools: Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and other BI platforms such as Microsoft Power BI for developing advanced dashboards and analytical reports. • Data Warehouse Expertise: Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, data modeling techniques, and end-to-end ETL processes. • Advanced SQL Proficiency: Ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis. Experience with very large data sets in Oracle. • Experience with Multiple Databases: Practical experience working with major relational database systems such as Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, and others. • Prior knowledge of Banking (pref Regulatory) applications dealing with large data sets. Must have skills: • Advanced SQL Proficiency • Axiom • Banking-Regulatory Submissions (specifically FR-2052A) • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, data modeling techniques, and end-to-end ETL processes. • Tableau Nice To Have • ETL (Informatica) experience • Knowledge and experience with DevOps Tools a plus • Liquidity/14A Regulation • Python Programming: Basic to intermediate Python coding skills for automation, data transformations, or advanced analytics. Soft Skills: • Strong Communication verbal & written • Problem solving • Time management Education: • Bachelor’s degree or will look at equivalent experience in lieu of education (8+ years) Interview Process: • 1st round technical interview with manager/team ~1 hour • 2nd round conversation with other manager/team lead ~1 hour • Possible 3rd round with hiring manager if needed
