Azure AI Engineer/Architect

World Wide Technology is looking for an Azure AI Engineer/Architect. This role is part of WWT’s Strategic Resourcing services and is a contract role. The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWT’s preferred partners. The partner will provide full compensation and benefit information prior to employment with the partner. Job Title: Azure AI Engineer/Architect Duration 12 Months Location: Remote Rate/Salary: $90/hr. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Azure AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Azure AI services, including Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and OpenAI integration. You will work closely with data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver intelligent solutions that drive innovation and efficiency. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience building AI/ML solutions on Microsoft Azure. • Strong understanding of the infrastructure, bicep coding, machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) • Proficiency in Python, Azure SDKs, and relevant ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, Pandas). • Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, Azure ML Studio, and Azure Functions. • Familiarity with CI/CD practices for ML model deployment. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $85 to $90 hourly. Actual pay will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs, and will be set by your employer. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in base pay.
