Job Title: Senior Exchange / Microsoft 365 Admin (Azure Cloud Engineer)Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite first 90 days → Hybrid 2 days/week)
Type: ContractPosition Summary:Seeking a Senior Azure & Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage and enhance Azure infrastructure, hybrid identity, and M365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and Intune.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Azure landing zone, subscriptions, networking (VNet, NSG, VPN, Private Endpoints)
Implement Azure Policy, RBAC, governance, and cost management
Automate using PowerShell/Azure CLI; deploy IaC (Terraform preferred)
Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Intune)
Manage hybrid identity (Entra ID / Azure AD Connect)
Monitor performance, implement DR, and support application teams
Required Skills:
5–8+ years infrastructure experience
4+ years Azure production experience
Strong Azure networking & governance
Terraform (preferred)
PowerShell/Azure CLI automation
M365 administration & hybrid identity experience
