Here's the job details, Azure Cloud Engineer Westerville, OH (Onsite) Rate Range -$40 to $45 hr W2 All Inc Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in managing server and cloud environments. • Strong proficiency in server builds and validation, TLS vulnerability management, and CIS compliance requirements. Responsibilities: • Manage and support server environments, including on-premises and cloud-based systems. • Perform regular health checks and ensure stability and availability of server infrastructure. • Execute server build and validation activities in accordance with compliance and security standards. • Address TLS vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to CIS benchmarks. • Implement and support cost optimization strategies across server and cloud platforms. • Collaborate with internal teams to support incident response, maintenance activities, and operational changes. • Communicate clearly and effectively in a dynamic team environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. • Proven experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture. • Strong knowledge of virtual networking, storage, compute, identity, and security in Azure. • Hands-on experience with PowerShell, CLI, or scripting for automation. • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/AKS). • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex cloud environments. Preferred Skills: • Azure certifications such as AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect), or AZ-400 (DevOps Engineer). • Experience with multi-cloud environments or hybrid cloud solutions. • Knowledge of cloud cost optimization strategies and governance.
