Job Title: ETL Data Engineer (Data Analyst) Location: Fully Remote Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire (C2H)- Interview Process: 2 Rounds Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Data Engineer with strong expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Python, and SQL to support a healthcare analytics and consulting team Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF). • Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data loading and transformation. • Write scripts using Python and JSON for ETL automation and pipeline orchestration. • Support the migration of legacy ETL processes from Informatica ICS to ADF. • Work with stakeholders to analyze data requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Document data flows, transformations, and interfaces in ICD (Interface Control Documents). • Handle ETL change requests and enhancements to existing data pipelines. • Collaborate with team members to ensure data quality, compliance, and performance optimization. Required Skills: • 5+ years of experience in ETL development in Medicaid/Medicare data warehouse environments. • Expert-level proficiency with Azure Data Factory (ADF). • Strong scripting skills in Python and JSON. • Proficient in Snowflake and SQL development and performance tuning. • Experience with healthcare data, especially claims data from managed care providers, is a strong plus. • Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
