Role description
Location: Hybrid – Ewing, NJ (Onsite every Tuesday & Wednesday)
Duration: 12+ Months
Role Summary:
This position will play a key role in leveraging data to drive strategic insights, optimize operations, and support innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience working with large datasets, and a passion for solving complex business problems using advanced data science and AI techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models using Azure ML, Python, and Power Platform
• Drive unified analytics using tools like Power BI, Azure Synapse, and OneLake
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Build dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate findings
• Provide technical leadership and establish best practices in data science and analytics
• Implement data governance, data quality standards, and model validation frameworks
• Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, ML, and data analytics
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, modeling, and large dataset handling
• 8+ years of programming experience (Python, SQL, Spark, Power BI)
• Strong expertise in Azure ecosystem (Azure ML, Synapse, Fabric, Power Platform, OneLake)
• Experience with predictive & prescriptive analytics and machine learning algorithms
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for model deployment
• Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
• Strong data storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• Experience in digital supply chain or e-commerce domain
• Exposure to NLP and Generative AI
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365
