Role description
CTG is seeking to fill an Azure Developerβ DevOps opening for our client in Tampa, FL.
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months+ contract (W2 only)
Pay: 55.00-65.00/hr
Duties:
β’ Serve as the DevOps lead for coordinating software release processes across diverse enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, Informatica, and others.
β’ Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
β’ Manage version control, branching strategies, and code integration workflows.
β’ Develop and maintain release schedules, ensuring timely and accurate deployment of code.
β’ Implement standardized release management processes, including exit criteria for code reviews, testing, and production readiness.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop rollback strategies and maintain detailed release notes and implementation plans.
β’ Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to streamline deployment and integration processes.
Skills:
β’ Advanced proficiency in Azure DevOps, including branching, merging, and pipeline automation.
β’ Strong understanding of CI/CD best practices and DevOps methodologies.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules and multi-platform releases.
β’ Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functional teams.
Experience:
β’ Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with large-scale client engagements involving multiple enterprise technologies such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Informatica.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in release management, including schedule development, process implementation, and deployment planning.
Education:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
