Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team in Reno, NV. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on experience in modern DevOps tools and practices.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
β’ Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
β’ Manage and support cloud infrastructure primarily on Azure, with exposure to AWS or GCP as a plus.
β’ Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for application packaging and deployment.
β’ Integrate and maintain monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus and Grafana for infrastructure and application health.
β’ Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline operations.
β’ Troubleshoot complex system and network issues, collaborating across teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
Required Qualifications
β’ 7+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or a related field.
β’ Proven hands-on expertise with Terraform and infrastructure automation.
β’ Experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable).
β’ Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and associated tools.
β’ Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes in a production environment.
β’ Solid understanding of monitoring and observability best practices.
β’ Excellent scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
β’ Strong analytical thinking and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
