Azure DevOps Engineer

Role: Azure DevOps Engineer Location: Reno, NV (Onsite) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team in Reno, NV. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on experience in modern DevOps tools and practices. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD. • Manage and support cloud infrastructure primarily on Azure, with exposure to AWS or GCP as a plus. • Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for application packaging and deployment. • Integrate and maintain monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus and Grafana for infrastructure and application health. • Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline operations. • Troubleshoot complex system and network issues, collaborating across teams to ensure system reliability and performance. Required Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or a related field. • Proven hands-on expertise with Terraform and infrastructure automation. • Experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable). • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and associated tools. • Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes in a production environment. • Solid understanding of monitoring and observability best practices. • Excellent scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell. • Strong analytical thinking and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
