A consumer products company in Massachusetts is currently seeking a new Azure DevOps Engineer to join their growing staff in Wilmington.

β’ This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 day a week in Wilmington, MA.

β’ Responsibilities:
β’ Design, implement, and manage scalable Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD across multiple environments
β’ Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline deployment processes
β’ Maintain and enhance infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
β’ Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security in Azure environments
β’ Create and maintain detailed documentation for DevOps processes, tools, and best practices
β’ Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps culture across the organization
β’ Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production issues
β’ Stay current with Azure services and DevOps trends to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
β’ 5+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles.
β’ Strong expertise in Azure services, Azure DevOps, and Git-based workflows
β’ Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
β’ Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
β’ Solid understanding of networking, security, and monitoring in Cloud environments
β’ Excellent communication skills with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing
β’ Proven ability to document technical processes clearly and effectively
Desired Skills:
β’ Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104)
β’ Experience with hybrid cloud or on-prem integrations
β’ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
