Are you passionate about solving complex technical challenges and making a real impact in cloud security? Weβre hiring an Azure Security Support Engineer to join a high-performing global team supporting enterprise customers across cutting-edge cloud security platforms.
π What Youβll Be Doing:
β’ Own and resolve complex technical issues across cloud security products, acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.
β’ Collaborate with engineering and product teams to investigate bugs, drive product improvements, and shape future features.
β’ Use advanced diagnostic tools and logs to troubleshoot issues across identity, networking, and security layers.
β’ Create and share technical knowledge articles to empower customers and internal teams.
β’ Contribute to automation and tooling that enhances support delivery and customer experience.
π‘οΈ Tech Youβll Work With:
β’ Cloud-native security tools including Defender for Cloud Apps, Identity Protection, and Advanced Threat Analytics.
β’ Microsoft Sentinel
β’ Azure infrastructure and services, including networking, identity, and monitoring.
β’ Diagnostic tools, performance traces, and scripting for automation and remediation.

What Weβre Looking For:
β’ Strong background in technical support or customer-facing IT roles.
β’ Solid understanding of network security, cybersecurity fundamentals (encryption, authentication, authorization), and cloud infrastructure.
β’ Familiarity with Azure, Active Directory/Azure AD, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and network protocols.
β’ Experience with Windows and/or Linux server environments.
β’ Bonus: scripting skills
