Cloud Support Engineer (AWS & Azure) - UK Remote - 24 Month Contract
Weβre looking for a Cloud Support Engineer with a passion for solving complex infrastructure challenges and keeping cloud operations running smoothly. If you're a hands-on problem-solver with experience across Azure and AWS, and a strong foundation in cloud security, automation, and support, we want to hear from you.
π§ What Youβll Do:
β’ Resolve cloud infrastructure-related issues and ensure operational uptime
β’ Provision and maintain highly available environments using Terraform, Ansible, and other automation tools
β’ Troubleshoot Azure & AWS components β from VMs, Networking (vNET, VPN, NSG, Firewalls, DNS) to Backup Vaults
β’ Collaborate across teams to improve security, configuration, and cloud architecture
β’ Implement and enhance automation workflows and CI/CD pipelines
β’ Ensure compliance with standards like ISO27001 and PCI-DSS
β’ Maintain documentation and continuously improve internal support processes

What Youβll Bring:
β’ Proven experience with cloud computing, particularly Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS
β’ Strong working knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, and networking concepts in the cloud
β’ Excellent troubleshooting skills across Windows, Active Directory, and networking
β’ Familiarity with helpdesk systems (e.g., Jira) and customer support best practices
β’ Security-first mindset with knowledge of compliance and cloud security principles
β’ Hands-on with SQL Server, SMTP, and IIS configurations
