Role description
Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Back-End Salesforce in Miami, FL. Responsibilities: β€’ Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud β€’ Implement and manage API integrations to connect Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems β€’ Develop and maintain custom scripts using AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL to enhance marketing automation capabilities β€’ Utilize data from Salesforce and other integrated systems to personalize and target communications β€’ Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing, back-end development, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud β€’ Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM β€’ Participate in code reviews β€’ Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations β€’ Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance β€’ Document technical processes, configurations, and changes β€’ Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to gather requirements and deliver solutions Requirements β€’ Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications and advanced experience with SQL and API integrations β€’ Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Back-End Developer within Salesforce Marketing Cloud β€’ Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio and Automation Studio β€’ Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and data models β€’ Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders β€’ Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
