Backend Engineer (Kotlin & Java) - Onsite

Duration: 5 months contract Description/Comment: The Studio Tech Team is looking for a Backend Engineer to join our Debut screening platform team. Debut is an exclusive, invitation-only platform designed to securely screen content and protect Client's IP. Our mission is to build highly available, high-performance services that are essential for delivering top-tier content to our audiences. Basic Qualifications: • 3+ years of professional experience in backend development • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js runtime environment • Experience with database management (SQL and/or NoSQL) • Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Experience with version control systems (Git) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Primary Skills: Java, Kotlin Secondary Skills: Spring Boot, NodeJS, REST, SQL (nice to have) Key Topics: • Open Requisitions for Back End Engineers: Have skill set 5+ Years skills in Java, and Kotlin due to the back end-focused road map. • Tech Stack Priority The primary focus should be on Java, Node, and Kotlin, while other languages like Scala, Spring, and SQL are nice to have but not essential. • Work Environment and Location- The team works in two-week sprints using agile methodology and scrum processes. The positions are initially for seven months with potential extensions.
