Role: Banking Conversion Data Analyst Location: Remote Term: 6-12 Months Contract Pay Rate: $42/hr W2 We are seeking experienced Conversion Analysts (Implementation) with a strong background in U.S. banking operations to support core banking system conversions. Ideal candidates will bring practical knowledge of deposit, lending, and related processes, along with hands-on experience using core banking systems. Responsibilities: • Leverage several years of U.S. banking experience in Deposits, Lending, and Loans to ensure accurate and efficient data conversion. • Apply practical knowledge gained from working in branch operations or back-office environments as an end-user of core banking systems. • Support conversion activities for Deposit and Loan systems, General Ledger, and Safe Deposit Box, ensuring compliance and data integrity. • Preferably experienced with IBS core banking systems or similar platforms. • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to validate converted data and resolve discrepancies. • Experience with BFS operations Banking • SAP Fico
