Mastering digital convergence at enterprise scale. Entech is hiring a BI Analyst/Report Developer for a financial services client. This is a hybrid role that involves working onsite in Malvern, Pennsylvania or Charlotte, NC, 3 days per week. Responsibilities: • Utilize AWS software to manage and analyze large datasets, ensuring data integrity and security. • Work with key stakeholders to strategize and automate data collection, processing, and analysis abilities. • Lead data tagging initiatives to enhance data categorization and retrieval processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide actionable insights. • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data trends and performance metrics. • Conduct thorough data analysis to support business strategies and decision-making. • Escalate data quality concerns and needs appropriately and timely. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data analysis processes. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of related work experience • Proven experience with AWS software and services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Lambda). • Strong understanding of data tagging techniques and best practices. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL). • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of data governance and integrity. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice to Have: • Experience with machine learning and AI technologies. • Hands-on experience in developing and deploying bots for data-related tasks. • We are looking for candidates willing to work directly on our W2.
