BI DEVELOPER £400 - £520 PER DAY OUTSIDE IR35 REMOTE 7 WEEKS CONTRACT THE COMPANY: Join a growing organisation supporting a new marketing and customer analytics initiative. THE ROLE: As a BI Developer, your responsibilities will include: • Working with existing data sources to create a usable reporting layer • Using Databricks to pull and prepare data to feed into Power BI • Building end-to-end Power BI dashboards, covering multiple use cases including campaign performance and marketing impact • Supporting wireframing and dashboard design, working closely with stakeholders to shape requirements • Creating data models either within Databricks • Delivering approximately 20-40% data engineering work, with the remainder focused on Power BI development • Building and maintaining three core dashboards across the project • Engaging directly with the client to gather requirements and provide updates • Participating in daily stand-ups and managing development work independently between check-ins YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The successful BI Developer will have: • Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development and data modelling • Experience working with Databricks to support reporting and analytics use cases • Strong SQL or Python skills • Experience working on greenfield or early-stage reporting projects • The ability to translate business requirements into clear, effective dashboards • Experience working directly with stakeholders in a client-facing environment • A delivery-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously HOW TO APPLY: Please register your interest by sending your CV to Mojola Coker via the apply link on this page.
