We are currently supporting a strategic initiative to strengthen business intelligence capabilities by identifying a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer. This role will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SQL, QuickSight, Tableau, and Alteryx, and will play a key role in building scalable, intuitive solutions that empower stakeholders and elevate data maturity. Responsibilities β€’ Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight and Tableau. β€’ Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources. β€’ Build and automate data workflows using Alteryx to streamline reporting and analytics processes. β€’ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions. β€’ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms. β€’ Support data exploration and ad hoc analysis to uncover trends and opportunities. β€’ Contribute to the evolution of our BI infrastructure and best practices. Qualifications β€’ Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role. β€’ Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation. β€’ Hands-on experience with QuickSight, Tableau, and Alteryx. β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-centric environment. β€’ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. β€’ Excellent communication skills to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Experience with Databricks for data engineering or analytics is preferred. β€’ Background in the insurance industry is preferred.
