ROLE DESCRIPTION Access Global Group is adding a BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will focus on Power BI, Amazon Redshift, and Spotfire, working closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate, actionable insights and optimize reporting performance. RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to meet business needs. • Connect Power BI to Amazon Redshift and ensure data pipelines are reliable, optimized, and secure. • Develop and support TIBCO Spotfire reports, ensuring consistency and usability across business units. • Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver actionable insights. • Perform data validation and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reports. • Optimize queries and data models for efficient performance across BI platforms. • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to improve data accessibility and reporting capabilities. • Document report logic, data sources, and processes for knowledge sharing and ongoing support. • Other duties as directed by leadership. REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS • Proven experience in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI • Strong ability to work independently, self-direct, and manage reporting deliverables with minimal oversight • Hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift, including data identification, extraction, and establishing connectivity with Power BI • Proficiency in developing reports and visualizations in TIBCO Spotfire • Solid understanding of data modeling, data visualization best practices, and performance optimization for BI tools • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable reporting solutions • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams OTHER Must have no other full-time commitments, ready to engage in exciting technical consulting projects with our diverse portfolio of clients.
