BI Platform Administrator

Our client is a prominent Global leader dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences with over 1,000 subsidiaries and affiliated brands. With a commitment to innovation and personalized service, they are seeking a BI Platform Admin to join their team immediately. We are seeking a BI Platform Admin to support and maintain enterprise Business Intelligence platforms and analytics tools. This role is responsible for application support, system maintenance, user provisioning, and platform modernization efforts across multiple BI technologies. Position Summary: • Provide operational support for BI platforms including Tableau, Cognos, ThoughtSpot, and Alteryx • Troubleshoot access issues and manage daily user provisioning • Perform server patching, upgrades, and routine health checks • Manage incident, request, and change tickets in ServiceNow • Support onboarding of new BI applications and tools • Develop usage metrics, audit dashboards, and system documentation • Collaborate with analysts, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders • Communicate maintenance activities and resolve production issues Minimum Experience: • A minimum of 6 years of experience in BI, analytics, or data platforms • Strong experience with BI tool administration and upgrades • Proficiency with AWS (EC2, ALB, Route53, security groups) • Experience with SSO, SAML, Azure AD, IIS, and role-based access • Hands-on experience with SQL and database technologies • Familiarity with data warehousing platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, or similar) • Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills MMD Services Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
