Primary Skills: SQL-Expert, Tableau-Advanced, Data Analysis-Expert, Data Pipeline-Advanced, Statistical Analysis-Expert, Contract Type: W2 Contract Duration: 5 + Months Location: Remote Pay Range: $74.00 - $79.00 Per Hour #LP Job Summary: Our client seeks a Data Analyst & Insights Lead with advanced hands-on expertise in SQL, data pipeline optimization, and proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills to solve complex business problems, generate actionable insights, and have the ability to communicate these findings effectively to drive decision-making. The role involves working closely with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and requires experience in sales and operational data analysis, with a bonus for experience analyzing Events and Webinar data. Key Responsibilities: • Independently lead Weekly Business Reviews, campaign deep-dives, and ad hoc analyses. • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards in Tableau for data-driven decision-making. • Optimize data pipelines for performance, efficient data modeling, and scalable data processing. • Conduct exploratory data analysis and data mining to generate actionable business insights. • Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations and scalable solutions, aligning key stakeholders. Must-Have Skills: • Expertise in SQL and data pipeline optimization. • Advanced proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools. • Excellent communication and leadership skills for stakeholder management. Industry Experience:                                                                                                                          Experience with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops preferred. A background in analyzing sales data, operation data, and specific experience in Events and Webinar data analysis will be advantageous.
