Role description
We are a 100% woman-owned independent boutique media agency that provides strategy, marketing, and media buying services with state-of-the-art AdTech, MarTech, and consumer data. We cater to both profit and non-profit organizations, accommodating varying budgets to deliver positive returns, ensuring even smaller organizations can access sophisticated advertising tools.
We specialize in ticket sales across all forms of arts and entertainment. Our proprietary AudienceXLerator™ program combines media buying technology with personalized creative and high propensity data to efficiently market an entire calendar of events for any venue type.
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on paid media analytics professional to support reporting accuracy, dashboards, and performance analysis across all paid media channels. This role is about execution—making sure data is flowing correctly, dashboards reflect real platform performance, and client reporting is accurate and consistent.
You’ll work alongside media teams, operations, and other analytics team members to help ensure our analytics infrastructure does what it’s supposed to do. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who likes getting into the data, validating numbers, and making sure reporting holds up under scrutiny.
What You’ll Do
Support accuracy of media spend and performance reporting across platforms including Google Ads, GA4, Meta, The Trade Desk, and other paid channels
Validate data and troubleshoot issues to ensure that what clients see matches what platforms report
Query and validate data using SQL; work with BigQuery alongside technical team members
Build, maintain, and update dashboards in Looker, coordinating with contractors who also build dashboards
Help ensure all dashboards launch on time and accurately for campaigns
Identify and flag discrepancies related to attribution, tracking logic, currency, time zones, and API latency
Work to help monitor data pipelines and integrations
Assist in producing clear, client-facing performance reports that explain results and trends
Translate data into insights and recommendations for media and account teams
Contribute to documentation, QA standards, and reporting best practices
Use modern tools (including AI tools like Gemini or Claude) to improve analysis, QA, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of hands-on performance media analytics experience (agency or in-house)
Strong understanding of paid media platforms and performance metrics
Proficiency in the reporting across 2–3 core ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, The Trade Desk); willingness to learn others
Experience with dashboard tools such as Looker or Datorama (creation or management)
SQL experience required; BigQuery experience a plus
Comfortable diagnosing data issues and working through discrepancies
Experience collaborating with technical partners or data engineers
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable contributing to shared outcomes
Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to keep up with the fast-changing world of analytics and AI
Note: This is not a campaign management role. We are not looking for a media buyer or campaign manager. It’s a hands-on analytics and reporting role for someone who wants to work on pixels, dashboards, data accuracy, and performance reporting. Only candidates with previous experience analyzing paid media and building out dashboards will be considered.
What We Offer
100% remote work environment
Health, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) retirement plan
Salary commensurate with experience
A collaborative team that values competence over posturing
High trust and low bureaucracy
The opportunity to grow as the analytics function scales with the agency
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Benefits:
401(k)
Dental insurance
Employee assistance program
Health insurance
