Note 2: We are looking for BI Analyst not a Data Engineer OR Data Analyst. Minimum Experience: • 7+ years of experience in (Business Intelligence) Analyst roles. Specialized Knowledge & Skills: • Prior experience as a BI Solutions Analyst or BI Consultant. • Expert level technical skills in Tableau, AmClienton QuickSight, and at least one other BI technologies – Power BI, MicroStrategy,Alteryx, or similar tools in a large scale environment. • Demonstrated ability to learn and evaluate new technologies and to document findings for publication to others. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including ability to author clear, concise and accurate user documentation, including PowerPoint slides, job aids, newsletter articles/bogs, research reports. Experience giving presentations to large audiences preferred. • Ability to write and understand SQL and read data models. • Knowledge of R or Python a plus. • Experience with BI platforms on AWS a plus. • Knowledge of BI and Data Analytics market trends. • Understanding of data visualization techniques and ability to apply those techniques to answer business questions and address business problems. • Experience with requirements collection, use case assessment, design reviews and troubleshooting. • Desire and ability to multi-task and work effectively on multiple projects. • Exceptional customer service and consulting skills, including ability to work with both business and technical clients in a positive manner. • Ability and desire to write research reports and document team processes. • Understanding of and ability to apply advanced analysis techniques such as statistical functions, statistical models, what if analysis, predictive analytics and machine learning.
